Roy Oswalt (back) is scheduled to make his second rehab start Monday with Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Oswalt allowed just one hit over four innings last week in his rehab debut. If everything goes as smoothly on Monday night, he should be cleared to return to the Phillies' starting rotation this upcoming weekend. The veteran right-hander had a 3.79 ERA in 13 starts before landing on the disabled list with a lower back injury.
