Roy Oswalt allowed two runs on seven hits over six innings Monday in his second minor league rehab start with Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Oswalt struck out four, walked two and threw 61 out of 90 pitches for strikes. He is expected to rejoin the Phillies on Tuesday, throw a bullpen session Thursday in San Francisco and start against the Giants either on Saturday or Sunday. The veteran right-hander has been on the disabled list since June 24 with lower back inflammation.
