Rookie phenom Mike Trout hit two home runs and collected five RBI in Tuesday's victory over the Mariners. Both homers came off hapless Seattle starter Anthony Vasquez, the first a solo shot in the second inning and the second a three-run bomb in the fourth. Trout also walked and scored three runs. It was just Trout's fifth start in 10 games since being called back up on August 19, which is highly curious because he entered play on Tuesday hitting .389/.450/.778 in that time span. If Anaheim decides to start playing him more, he needs to be active in mixed leagues.
