Rollins will be optioned to Triple-A Tacoma so that Adrian Sampson can start Saturday against Boston, Bob Dutton of The News Tribune reports.

Rollins is still awaiting his 2016 major league debut as he continues to bounce back and forth from Seattle to Tacoma. Even if given a chance, however, the 26-year-old will likely just serve as middle-inning relief.
