Rollins will bat second Wednesday against the Giants, Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports. Rollins has struggled mightily of late, with just three hits in his last eight games (29 at-bats), leading manager Don Mattingly to relieve him of leadoff duties at least temporarily. Joc Pederson will take over atop the order Wednesday, and if he provides a spark from the leadoff spot, the skipper may be inclined to stick with this change until Yasiel Puig (hamstring) returns from the DL.
