Rodriguez (knee) has agreed to a minor league contract with the Phillies, CSNPhilly.com reports. The deal is pending a physical, which in this case, could be a significant hurdle. Rodriguez was limited to just 12 appearances in 2013 due to a forearm injury and started all of six games last season before undergoing knee surgery. However, if healthy come spring, Rodriguez will likely compete for a spot at the back of the Phillies' rotation.
