Rockies purchased the contract of RHP Roy Oswalt from Double-A Tulsa. Oswalt will make his Rockies debut on Thursday night at Nationals Park. The veteran righty had a cool 2.16 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 25/7 K/BB ratio in 33 1/3 innings at the Double-A level and is worth a look in mixed leagues.
