Rockies OF/1B prospect Kyle Parker went 2-for-4 with a home run for Triple-A Colorado Springs on Monday. Parker has four hits and two walks in 10 plate appearances since he was optioned back to Triple-A. Parker's first appearance in the major leagues was neither long nor particularly successful, but there may be long-term dividends from the time he spent with major league hitters and watching major league pitchers. Parker will likely see more time with the Rockies later this season, and could be their starting right-fielder in 2015.
