Rockies manager Walt Weiss confirmed on Tuesday evening that Juan Nicasio has secured a spot in the Rockies' season-opening starting rotation. Weiss also stated that the Rockies will be going back to a traditional five-man rotation, as opposed to the four-man setup that they employed at times during the 2012 campaign. Nicasio is likely to slot in third behind Jhoulys Chacin and Jorge De La Rosa, and could be worth a look as a spot starter in deeper mixed leagues for his matchups away from Coors Field.
