Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com reports that the Twins have denied the Orioles permission to interview vice president Mike Radcliff for their vacant general manager position. It's not clear why the Twins chose to deny the request, but, regardless, the O's can cross another name off their list. After being rebuffed by Jerry DiPoto and Tony LaCava, it appears they'll now select their GM from a list including Red Sox vice president of player personnel and pro scouting Allard Baird, Yankees vice president and director of amateur scouting Damon Oppenheimer, Phillies assistant GM Scott Proefrock and former Red Sox and Expos GM Dan Duquette.
