Robertson (1-0) allowed two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out two across two innings to record a blown save, but earned a victory Saturday against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson was unable to protect a two-run lead in the ninth inning, but after the White Sox scored a pair of runs in the 10th frame, he was able to set down the side in the bottom half to notch the victory. The blown save broke a streak of five successful conversions, and although he's allowed runs to score in two of his last three outings, he still boasts a strong 2.79 ERA to go along with a 1.03 WHIP, and he should continue to function as a mid-range fantasy option at closer.
