Rickie Weeks (shoulder) could return to the field on Thursday. The Brewers are hoping to take stress off Weeks' right shoulder, so he will serve as the designated hitter for the third straight day Wednesday. It isn't expected to be a lingering issue and he should have plenty of time to get his left ankle back 100 percent before Opening Day.
