Rickie Weeks (ankle) is off crutches and has begun walking without a protective boot. Weeks is refusing to talk to the media about the injury, but it sounds like the early progress has all been positive. "I was surprised," Brewers manager Ron Roenicke said. "He looked good." The second baseman is not expected to return until late August.
