EDGE Analysis
Despite taking the loss, the veteran southpaw managed to toss his third quality start in his last four starts. While he owns a middle-of-the-road 4.33 ERA this season, Richard's starts have been all over the map, making him tough to rely on in fantasy. On the positive side, the 33-year-old is posting his best strikeout rate (6.6 K/9) since 2010, pushing him closer to fantasy relevance. Richard will toe the rubber next Friday at home against the Rockies.
