The White Sox activated Moncada (adductor) from the 60-day injured list Monday.

Moncada is finally ready to return to action after being sidelined since early April with an adductor strain. He hit .342/.413/.537 with one home run over 12 games after resuming a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte late last month. However, Moncada is not in Monday's lineup against the Angels, and manager Grady Sizemore stated before Monday's game that he doesn't have a concrete plan to get Moncada back into the starting nine, per Kyle Glaser of Baseball America.
