Gonsolin (shoulder) will be activated off the 10-day injured list Thursday and will start at St. Louis, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Gonsolin has spent nearly six weeks on the injured list with right shoulder inflammation, but he'll be rejoining the active roster Thursday to start in the series finale versus the Cardinals. The right-hander threw 41 pitches over 2.1 innings during his rehab outing with High-A Rancho Cucamonga on Saturday, so he'll still face some workload limitations for at least a couple starts.
