Though he's back on the bench Sunday with southpaw Jeffrey Springs starting for the Rays, the lefty-hitting Mullins has recaptured some playing time against righties of late. Mullins started in each of the Orioles' last three matchups with right-handers, going 3-for-12 with a home run and a double. Meanwhile, Eloy Jimenez was out of the lineup for two of those contests and may be moving back into more of a short-side platoon role.
