White Sox manager Tony La Russa said Monday that Tepera (finger) threw for a second straight day, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Tepera is apparently still feeling the laceration on his finger when he throws, but the White Sox aren't expected to shut him down as a result. Assuming Tepera's finger gradually improves, he should get back on a mound in the near future, which would leave the door open for the reliever to make a return before the end of the regular season.
