Sadler (shoulder) has resumed throwing, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Sadler was shut down for a while after spring training, but the time off appears to have helped, and the Mariners are hopeful he will avoid another procedure on the shoulder he had surgically repaired in March of 2022.
