Moran cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Moran was designated for assignment by Cincinnati but will remain in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The 29-year-old was sent to Louisville in mid-June after posting a .210/.299/.360 slash line in 37 games for the Reds.
