A former All-Star closer, Ramos signed a minor-league deal with the Dodgers in early July with the hope of contributing to the big-league bullpen. However, the right-hander did not make the team's Opening Day roster, and Los Angeles ultimately decided that he does not fit into their plans moving forward. Ramos has not pitched in the majors since 2018, but he'll now be free to try to catch on with another organization.
