Ross (elbow) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Monday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Ross spent three and a half weeks on the injured list due to right elbow inflammation, but he'll start Monday's series opener in Philadelphia after he completed a bullpen session this weekend without issue. The right-hander struck out a season-high 11 batters in his last start, and he's generated a 2.25 ERA and 1.05 WHIP in 20 innings across his last three outings. Outfielder Yadiel Hernandez was optioned to Triple-A Rochester to make room on the active roster.
