Frankoff (forearm) was reinstated from the 60-day injured list and optioned to Triple-A Reno on Wednesday.

Frankoff recently made two rehab starts at Triple-A Reno and allowed eight runs (seven earned) on nine hits and six walks while striking out six in 7.2 innings. It's not very surprising to see him remain in the minors since he's posted a 9.20 ERA and 1.98 WHIP in the majors this year.
