Kuhl (shoulder) is scheduled to join Triple-A Indianapolis this week for a rehab assignment, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The 28-year-old has been sidelined since April 18 with the shoulder issue and is expected to require multiple rehab starts before rejoining the Pirates. Kuhl recently completed a two-inning simulated game and should continue ramping up his workload in the minors.
