Reds recalled RHP Tony Cingrani from Triple-A Louisville. Cingrani will make his first major league start on Thursday night against the Marlins. It's a juicy matchup for the talented 23-year-old right-hander, who had thrown 14 1/3 scoreless innings -- racking up 26 strikeouts and issuing only two walks -- this season at Triple-A Louisville. He's worth a try in most fantasy formats.
