Reds prospect Tony Cingrani will be called up from Triple-A Louisville to start Thursday against the Marlins. The Reds will likely make the promotion official after Wednesday's game. Cingrani owns a 1.62 career ERA in the minors, including a 26/2 K/BB ratio over 14 1/3 scoreless innings in Triple-A this season. Known for his deceptive delivery, the left-hander is well worth owning in most fantasy formats while Johnny Cueto (lat) is sidelined. He has a very favorable matchup for his first major league start.
