Reds manager Dusty Baker said Friday that Tony Cingrani is the "likely choice" to start Tuesday against the Cubs. Baker stopped short of confirming anything, but Cingrani was scratched from his scheduled start Friday with Triple-A Louisville, which is an indication that he'll fill Johnny Cueto's spot in the rotation. The 23-year-old southpaw posted a 3.27 ERA and 41/9 K/BB ratio over 33 innings during his first taste of the big leagues earlier this year and should be picked up in mixed fantasy leagues.
