Reds manager Bryan Price said Wednesday that Mat Latos has "had some improvement" with his right elbow irritation. Latos had to be scratched from what was supposed to be his final rehab start due to a sore elbow, but the Reds are confident it's not a serious issue. "We're going to give him a couple of days off," Price said. "He's had some improvement... Doesn't look like significant setback." It's too early to say at this point when Latos might be ready for game action action, but it's sounding like a return before the end of the month might still be doable.
