Reds manager Bryan Price said that Mat Latos (elbow) will rejoin the rotation later this week if he gets through Monday's rehab start for Triple-A Louisville with no issues. Latos last rehab outing was supposed to be his final one, but it was cut short due to a calf cramp. As long as the right-hander reaches his pitch count and feels healthy after Monday's outing, he'll be back in the rotation next weekend. Latos is on the same schedule as Tony Cingrani, essentially confirming that Cingrani will be sent to the bullpen (or possibly to Triple-A) after Monday's start against the Dodgers. Alfredo Simon will remain in the rotation.
