Reds activated LHP Tony Cingrani from the 15-day disabled list. Cingrani missed just barely over the minimum amount of time due to a minor shoulder ailment. He didn't make a rehab start, so his pitch count could be relatively limited against the Phillies Sunday. Cingrani boasts a 3.34 ERA with 32 strikeouts over 32 1/3 innings this season.
