Reds acquired INF/OF Mark Teahen from the Diamondbacks for cash or a player to be named later. Teahen hasn't appeared in the majors since 2011 and is batting just .209/.321/.254 this year at the Triple-A level. He'll give the Reds depth at Triple-A Louisville.
