Reddick went 2-for-4 with his eighth homer of the year Wednesday against Detroit. He'd been slumping recently, with just three hits (all in one game) over his prior 19 at-bats coming in, but Reddick's shown outstanding plate discipline even when not going well at the plate this year -- he has more walks than strikeouts, thanks to a 5:1 BB:K over that same span. The oft-injured outfielder is currently sitting on a career-high .297 average and .870 OPS, as he's been one of the finest draft-day values this year. The question, as always, is whether he can stay healthy -- Reddick already opened the season with a brief DL stint due to an oblique injury and has only played more than 114 games in a year one time.
