Red Sox sent LHP Tommy Hottovy outright to Triple-A Pawtucket. Hottovy successfully cleared waivers after being designated for assignment on Saturday. The 29-year-old southpaw will remain with the PawSox, where he has a 1.69 ERA and 15/3 K/BB ratio over 16 innings this season.
