Red Sox manager John Farrell said Friday that David Ortiz will start at first base in Game 3 on Saturday. He hasn't committed to using Ortiz beyond that, saying he'll evaluate it on a daily basis. Given how well Papi is swinging the bat, though, he seems likely to be at first for all three games in St. Louis. That means Mike Napoli will ride the bench.
