Red Sox manager John Farrell is hopeful that Stephen Drew (concussion) could return to working out by Thursday. Drew suffered concussion-like symptoms when he was hit in the helmet with a pitch on Thursday. While he is reporting improvement, he will need to be cleared an MLB doctor before returning to action.
