Red Sox activated SS Stephen Drew from the 7-day disabled list. Drew went 2-for-13 (.154) on his recent rehab assignment with Double-A Portland, but finished strong by homering in his final game on Monday. The veteran infielder has been out since early March due to post-concussion symptoms, but he'll now take over as the starting shortstop in Boston. Jose Iglesias has been optioned to the minors in a corresponding roster move.
