Red Sox activated LHP Felix Doubront from the 15-day disabled list. Doubront will return to the Red Sox starting rotation on Sunday against the Royals after missing about three weeks with a right knee contusion. The 24-year-old left-hander has a 4.70 ERA and 119/52 K/BB ratio in 122 2/3 innings this season. Because of the strikeouts, he holds value in deeper mixed fantasy leagues.
