The Nationals recalled Harper from Triple-A Rochester on Tuesday, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.

Harper has impressed in Triple-A this season, appearing in relief 11 times and posting a 2.81 ERA with 21 strikeouts across 16 innings.
