Dugger was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on Saturday.

Dugger was sent down in late June, and he worked as a starter during his stint at Triple-A Tacoma. The right-hander didn't have particularly good results, as he recorded a 7.31 ERA and 1.53 WHIP in 32 innings across seven starts since his demotion. He should serve as a low-leverage relief option after Diego Castillo (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day injured list.
