Rays sent RHP Josh Lueke outright to Triple-A Durham. Lueke was designated for assignment by Tampa Bay last Friday and passed through waivers unclaimed. The 29-year-old right-hander had a rough 5.64 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in 25 relief appearances for the Rays.
