Rays placed RHP Juan Carlos Oviedo on the 15-day disabled list with a right elbow injury. Oviedo is 18 months removed from Tommy John surgery, but he got a late start to camp due to visa issues and the Rays don't want to push it. He should be ready sometime in April.
