Rays optioned OF Brandon Guyer to Triple-A Durham. That didn't last long. Guyer was active for just one game, going hitless in three at-bats in the shutout loss Sunday to CC Sabathia and the Yankees. He's been up twice this season but has received a total of just six at-bats. Guyer will return to a .318/.389/.509 batting line with 10 homers at Durham.
