Rays manager Kevin Cash said Souza's wrist is "better than what we hoped for" and he could potentially play Tuesday, Roger Mooney of The Tampa Tribune reports. Souza sat out Monday's game after suffering a sprained left wrist Sunday, but with a clean MRI and apparently a rapid improvement as far as pain and swelling, he could make his return quite soon. Look for an update on his status Tuesday.
