Rays manager Joe Maddon said he's not giving up hope of Juan Carlos Oviedo (visa problems) cracking Opening Day roster. The right-hander is stuck in the Dominican Republic due to visa problems. Oviedo, formerly known as Leo Nunez, spent the 2013 season rehabbing from Tommy John surgery. He's been limited to just three rehab innings over the last two seasons. His odds of breaking camp with the big squad are growing bleaker by the day.
