Rays activated RHP Juan Carlos Oviedo from the 60-day disabled list. He's now on the 40-man roster again, though he could be back off it quickly if the Rays decline his $2 million option for 2014. Oviedo missed all of 2013 while coming back from Tommy John surgery and had lat issues during his rehab.
