Rays activated LHP Matt Moore from the 15-day disabled list. Moore will start Tuesday against the Angels. He missed over a month due to elbow soreness, but was cleared after completing a rehab assignment with Triple-A Durham. Moore returns to a 3.41 ERA and 115/56 K/BB ratio over 121 1/3 innings.
