Rays activated DH Luke Scott from the 15-day disabled list. Scott has been out since the end of spring training with a strained calf. He is in the Rays' starting lineup on Tuesday night against the Royals and can be plugged into action immediately in AL-only fantasy leagues. The 34-year-old has fringe value in standard formats.
