Rasmus allowed two runs on three hits over three innings pitched in a loss to the Mariners in the final game of the season Sunday. He struck out three and walked one in the contest. Rasmus performed admirably in six starts this season after Garrett Richards suffered a season-ending knee injury, but hasn't pitched more than four innings in an outing, which may limit his usefulness as a starter in the postseason. He ends 2014 with a 2.57 ERA and 57 strikeouts in 56 innings.
