Rangers general manager Jon Daniels said contract extension talks for Josh Hamilton will be tabled while the outfielder sorts through his personal issues. "Right now there's more important things to deal with," Daniels said. It's no surprise, obviously, after Hamilton had a relapse at a bar Monday night. The outfielder was very open and honest while talking to the media Friday, and the Rangers have told him they'll continue to support him. We can't help but wonder, though, if it will give the team more pause when it comes to forking out a big money extension.
