Rafael Betancourt (groin) acknowledged Friday that he expects to be sidelined at least until the end of June. Betancourt has resumed a light throwing program, but isn't close to returning from the DL. He'll continue to be moved along slowly and expects to begin exercising in the pool Monday. Rex Brothers is serving as the Rockies' closer in his absence.
